All quoted jobs will have an expiry date, if the job is not accepted within this date the quote will need to be re-visited

All invoices must be settled by the invoice due date
The customer accepts all responsibility for any collection fees from a third party for non-payment of invoices.
Any overdue invoices incur a 7% interest penalty that will be added to any collection fees
Outdoor Installations & Maintenance have a 100% safety first policy, ensuring clients and our staff understand and adhere to our safety regulations as deemed necessary on a job-by-job basis
Outdoor Installations & Maintenance hold up to date health and safety policies
We endeavour to attend on set days but due to unforeseen weather, staff absence or other general business interruptions we cannot guarantee times and days. Outdoor Installations & Maintenance are not financially responsible for any such delays.
If access through or from a neighbouring property is required to carry out specific tasks, permission must be sought, in writing, from the property owner or tenant before commencement of work.
Outdoor Installations & Maintenance may use images of jobs completed to promote our business on the internet or in other forms of advertising. If you object to this, then please let us know.
Loud machinery is sometimes used to carry out work. Please inform us in advance if there is a time that this will cause problems for you.
All materials installed will remain property of Outdoor Installations & Maintenance until the account is settled in full.
Waste or rubbish from products used on site will not be removed from site unless specified, rubbish can be removed for an extra fee
Any issues during or after site work concerning our standards or company policies must be brought to our attention immediately. We will endeavour to rectify any issue as soon as possible.
